Shopping-Malls & Centres
There is Malls in Munich, indeed, not like one knows them from Dubai, China or the USA. Mostly they have recently originated. A reason are not only the extremely high rents and property prices in Munich, but above all the numerous well-known and traditional shopping streets. Thus these are often old-established department stores who developed behind her venerable facade to a sort of Mall and offer a suitable assortment.
Malls in the real sense are settled a little beyond the city centre and offer a huge number of shops of all complexion. Thus one finds there beside clothing shops, supermarkets and food discount shops also sports shops and toy shops.
