Feldmoching-Hasenbergl

The 24th northernmost borough of Munich consists of the historical farming village Feldmoching and the large housing estate Hasenbergl.

Most farms in Munich are located in Feldmoching but also many terrace houses and apartment buildings. In the past the Bavarian Emperor went rabbiting at Hasenbergl. Today 40% of the housing estate in Hasenbergl is council housing. The three lakes Feldmochinger See, Fasanerie See and Lerchenauer See close by are a popular local recreation area. In the summer people will go swimming and have barbecues.
